If you can’t remember your password and need to reset it, from the Sign In screen click Need help signing in? and then Forgot Password. This will allow you to reset your password via SMS (if you set up a Forgotten Password Text Message phone number) or Email.
Enter your email or username to receive instructions on how to reset your password.
