How do I file a complaint?

Clients may file a complaint with CI Direct Trading using the follow methods:

Telephone: 416.2350.200 ext. 1117

When filing a complaint, please ensure that all of the relevant information regarding your claim is submitted, including but not limited to:

  • Relevant date of the activity in question
  • If the issue relates to an order, provide full details such as order entry time, symbol, order type, price, expected execution time and price
  • If you have obtained screen shots or have other information which you would like us to consider, attach the information to your claim
  • If you are seeking compensation surrounding your complaint, please specify the amount and provide details on how the amount was calculated
